Lake County Schools Graduation Banners

THE CUTOFF DATE FOR
PHOTO SUBMISSION
WAS MAY 7, 2020.

Please input student name exactly as you wish to have it appear on the banner.

An image will need to be uploaded ONLY if the student did not sit for their senior portrait. Uploaded images should be high resolution.

These weather-resistant banners are typically 18″x36″ and feature a pole pocket at the top and the bottom.  Printed with UV-inks, they will be installed by the city’s public works department and hang in the downtown corridor from Mid-May to Late June.

Once the graduation banners are removed by city staff and returned to Celebrating Heroes, there will be a method for parents/students to retrieve their banner at a later date.

WARNING:  This form is only to be used if you are opting out of the program OR the student does not have a photo on file.  If you upload a new photo for a student who already has a senior photo taken by the school’s photographer, the system will NOT replace the photo; it will delete the entire entry and the student will NOT receive any banner.
